Installing and Deleting Programs
Install programs just as you normally do, however, KC Menu does not automatically
add programs to the Start Menu or Desktop. You must do this manually.
To delete a program, return to the default Casio menu using the Options Menu and
uninstall the program as you normally do. You must then manually remove the links in
KC Menu Start Menu or Desktop.
Copying and Pasting to the Desktop
Copy
Tap and hold on a file name and select Copy. This copies the file to the internal clip-
board. If you delete the file, the copy will also be invalid. You can copy and paste
between directories and between the file browser and the KC Menu II desktop.
Paste
Tap and hold the pen and select Paste. This pastes the contents of the clipboard to the
currently viewed directory or at the currently selected hotspot. You can copy and paste
between directories and between the file browser and the KC Menu II desktop.
Paste & Delete
Tap and hold the pen and select Paste & Delete. This pastes the contents of the clip-
board to the currently viewed directory and then deletes the original file or directory.
Associating Files
Use the file association utility to assign an application to a file type. From the Options
Menu select Utilities, then Associate File. When you tap on the file, the application will
open and load the file. Not all companies enable file loading in their application, and
some companies automatically associate files when their software is installed.
If you associate BMP files with KC Menu, then when you tap on a *00.bmp file, KC
Menu will load in that skin.
